Todd McCauley - Century 21 Eagle Rock

Todd and his team are awesome. Having bought homes previously and had Keller William agent help us at the same time as Todd, we ended up purchasing a home through Todd one year ago. It's common for realtors to be pulled different directions, but Todd was upfront about his other commitments and never overpromised or underdelivered. To this day, we continue to utilize their services with our upcoming home inspection. I will recommend Todd and his team to our friends looking for homes in this area.

Todd helped my wife and I find our first home. He was patient, attentive, and friendly. His staff were with us every step of the way as well. When we grew out of our home it was a no brainer on who to go with. Todd helped us sell our home in a weeks time in the winter. We were able to get way more than we expected for it. We found our dream home and Todd helped us get the offer in, even though it was late. Todd worked Christmas eve to help us with the process and get into our forever home. He advocated for us and gave us information we needed to understand the market value of the home. We got the house for a great deal. AMAZING! We moved from CA to Eagle and needed an Agent who is truly familiar with the area as well as Idaho in general. We felt comfortable with Todd and Vickie from day one. He was able to answer all my question about schools, neighborhoods and house value. We flown out to see houses and different neighborhood end of September. Todd and Vicky made them self available and spend almost two full days with us. We narrowed our search down to Eagle. We moved from out of state and were given Todd's name from a friend. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of through the entire home buying process. Which can be quite stressful but he made it very simple and stress free. He was always there to answer our calls and questions! He knows the area very well and we can't thank him enough for helping us with our new home!
